In all cases, we use the GLS courier service.
It is not possible to return an exchange parcel via a parcel point or a parcel machine!!
In case of exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
It is important that the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition. We are not able to exchange used and damaged products.
Screened, embroidered or otherwise customized products cannot be returned!
