30-day Product Return
If the product ordered in the web store did not appeal to you or it is not the right size, no problem. We will exchange or redeem the item, or you can get a full refund within 30 days from the receipt of the product.
If you want to exercise your right of exchange or refund, here's what you need to do:
In case of replacement:
- When it comes to resizing, it is not necessary to return the original invoice to us. A short letter describing what size you need and the address you want us to send the product to is enough.

- In the event of replacement, the shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
- It is important that you return the product in its original, undamaged condition. We cannot replace a used, contaminated product.
- After checking the received goods (if they were returned undamaged), we will deliver the exchange product to you by post. If the requested goods are not in stock, we will notify you of the expected arrival.
- In this case, the cost of return mail will be borne by you.
- It is not possible to return products that have been screened, embroidered or otherwise made unique!
In case of money refund:
- If you choose to apply for a refund, please, follow these steps:
1. return both the original invoice and the product (clean)
